A visit with Anna at the Rejuvenation Center goes way beyond a physical experience. In addition to the fact that she has been my massage therapist for 18 years, I have also taken Spiritual Coaching from her and her approach is so intuitive and greatly helped me to make needed changes in my life. What sets Anna apart is, she doesn't just give you a cookie cutter plan, she listens to you and helps you decide and know for yourself the path you need to take. For the last several weeks I have been getting Cranial Release Treatments (CRT). I am already noticing more balance in my physical and emotional well being. Anna is wonderful. She's been a huge help in getting me back to good health with her therapies - both body and spirit. I have always loved massages but Anna takes it to a new level. She listens to what my body tells her and adjusts her therapy as she goes to make sure to treat not just what I tell her are my problem areas but also what she finds as she is working on me. I have suffered from migraines for years and with Anna's help, I have been able to come off of my daily medication and now am able to treat most of my migraines holistically. "Anna Allen is an amazing massage therapist, healer, and energy healer. I was in a car accident in 12/2023. I suffered a bad concussion, and whiplash and totaled my car. I have been going to her consistently for the past 4 months and I feel amazing! After every session I would feel better in different areas each time. I enjoyed a wonderful massage in my birthday month. When I laid down I was not at all relaxed, due to an impending job loss. During this fabulous massage and learning some great breathing skills, I began to melt and feel all the toxins leaving my unhappy body quickly.
